Ha, I didn't even see the guy in the red. Why not try to offend everyone?
The guy is red is not doing a Native American impression. He's imitating a stereotypical Asian/Japanese girl's pose: squinty eyes, peace/victory sign, and covering his mouth while giggling. You see that in anime.
